I am glad that you’ve made it here. You’ve expressed an interest in changing your coffee routine, for the better.

I’d like to introduce Tower Roasters to you. We are a small (think very small) coffee roaster located outside Chicago in the wonderful suburb of Western Springs. We’re new, but not new to roasting. Did you know that coffee doesn’t have to be dark and oily coming out of the bag? Yeah. Trust me. When I realized this years ago - mind blown.

We have three primary roasts available for purchase. All coffee is roasted to order and delivered, if you are in the suburbs of LaGrange, LaGrange Park, Western Springs, Westchester, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills and Burr Ridge. All other orders will need to be shipped, but do contact us if you are interested - I am in other suburbs at different points of the week.

You should expect a different take on coffee - coffee carefully sourced based on availability, coffee that is roasted with care and better tasting coffee, highlighting features of the bean origin.
